Trio arrested following early morning weekend disturbance

MASON CITY – Shortly after 5:30 AM Saturday morning, Mason City Police received a report of a dispute in the 100 block of 7th Street SW. The subjects were located in the 700 block of S. Monroe. All three were arrested for trespassing on railroad property and other violations before being transported to Cerro Gordo County Jail.

21-year-old Sarah Anne Arndt of 820 South Tyler Avenue in Mason City was charged with two simple misdemeanor counts of false identification information, and criminal trespass.

28-year-old Kevin Joseph Arndt also of 820 South Tyler Avenue in Mason City was charged with two simple misdemeanor counts of public intoxication and criminal trespass.

29-year-old Ryann Daniel Kuehn of Forest Lake, Minnesota was arrested for criminal trespass.

Kuehn remains in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on extradition holds for warrants in Minnesota for failure to appear on one count of drug possession and count of possession of shoplifting gear.

Subjects are innocent until proven guilty.

What in the hell is “Shoplifting Gear”. I didn’t realize you needed gear to shoplift. I suppose we’re talking about Minnesota here and they have a different language than everyone else.

Proably looking for some steel to cash in on. And buy more drugs.

Public intoxication and 5:30 AM. Tells you all you need to know right there.

The one in the middle is sitting in jail again this morning.
